Last Friday (30th May) at the Homes for Scotland Awards the Lar Housing Trust & Lar Projects development at St. Kentigern’s won the prestigious award for Small Development of the Year
The new development, designed by Smith Scott Mullan Associates consists of 14 homes in the converted church as well as a new build in Bela Sandstone.
